All students including international students of the engineering faculty must submit the form for travelling aboard and temporary leave overseas. This includes when you go back to your home country during spring, summer or winter break or when you go overseas for international conference and research activities. This form is very important especially when any emergency situations occur such as earthquake and other natural disasters, so make sure to submit the form prior to your temporary departure from Japan.
